Heart Trust Fund goes towards the financial support of the vitally important work of treating patients in the Medical Cardiology Centre of the Royal Victoria Hospital, and the equally important work of research into heart disease carried out there.

If you send a cheque, please complete the Gift Aid Form.

Gift Aid Declaration, when you kindly donate to Heart Trust Fund, we can claim back 25p for every £1 that you give. Once you have signed your Gift Aid Declaration it is valid for all gifts in the future and for any gifts you have made to us in the six years prior to signing the Declaration.
